Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and RexSoft, operator of Best Price Flights (“we”, “us”), for use of bestpriceflights.info, our Android apps, and related services (the “Service”). By signing in with Google or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not create an account or use paid features. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial trip planning.

1. The Service

Best Price Flights lets you save flight searches, compare recent fares from multiple search engines, view price history, and receive alerts when watched prices change. Optional paid plans increase search limits and polling frequency. A signed-in Flight Assistant (in development) may later help you create searches and review insights about your own watches.

2. We are not a travel agency

We do not sell tickets, issue bookings, collect passenger details for travel, or act as an agent, organiser, or retailer of flights. When you choose to book, you leave our Service and contract with an airline, online travel agency, or other third party. Their terms, prices, and availability apply. We are not responsible for failed bookings, schedule changes, baggage rules, visas, or refunds from those parties.

3. Third-party fare sources

Displayed prices are snapshots gathered from third-party search engines and data feeds, currently including Google Flights, Skyscanner, and Kiwi. Those names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Best Price Flights is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a booking partner of those companies.

  • Fares can change or disappear before you book.
  • Taxes, bags, seats, and payment fees on the booking site may differ from the tracked amount.
  • We do not guarantee that a listed fare is the lowest available, complete, or still bookable.
  • Provider outages, rate limits, or parsing differences can delay or omit results.

You should confirm the live price and itinerary on the booking site before paying.

4. Accounts

Access requires Google Sign-In. There is no separate username or password on our Service. You must be able to enter a binding contract (in the UK, that usually means 18 or over). You are responsible for activity on your Google account used with the Service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or create risk for other users or our providers.

5. Plans, trials, and Stripe billing

New accounts start on a Free plan. Optional paid plans (currently Basic at USD 4.99 per month with a 7-day trial, and Pro at USD 9.99 per month) are described in your portal profile and may change with notice.

  • Payments are processed by Stripe (card or PayPal where enabled). Stripe’s terms apply to the payment itself.
  • Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel.
  • Manage or cancel in the portal via Manage billing / Stripe’s customer portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period when you cancel at period end.
  • Unless required by law, fees already paid are not refunded for partial months. If a trial converts to a paid subscription, Stripe will charge the payment method you provided.
  • UK/EU consumers may have a 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts. If you ask us to start a paid digital service immediately, you may lose that right for the period already supplied. Contact rexsoft24@gmail.com for billing disputes.

Plan limits (number of active searches, daily polls, and similar) are part of the Service description. Exceeding a limit may block new searches until you upgrade or archive existing ones.

6. Alerts and notifications

Alerts are a convenience, not a guarantee that you will be notified of every change in time to book. Delivery depends on email providers, device settings, browser permission, and third-party push networks. Keep notification permission enabled if you rely on alerts.

7. Mobile apps and web

Android apps may be distributed as APKs from this website. Sideloading is at your own risk; install only from https://bestpriceflights.info or another channel we publish. iPhone native apps are not generally available yet; Safari Home Screen / browser notifications may be offered instead.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service or our fare providers through our APIs.
  • Resell access, share an account in a way that circumvents plan limits, or use the Service to build a competing fare API.
  • Upload unlawful content or attempt to access another user’s data.
  • Misrepresent prices obtained from the Service as a confirmed booking.

9. Intellectual property

The Best Price Flights name, logo, and our software are owned by RexSoft. Third-party trademarks remain with their owners. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the Service for your own trip planning, not to copy our software or datasets.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free fare data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost bookings, fare differences, travel disruption, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for claims arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and (b) USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Changes and termination

We may change features, providers, or these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms, except where the law requires additional consent. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumers keep mandatory rights in their country of residence. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-waivable consumer venue rights.
